About him
I'm a kind, caring, compassionate and understanding person and I'm passionate about playing various different styles of music such as Jazz, Swing, Funk, Blues and Ska amongst others on Trumpet and Trombone and I also have other interests such as travelling and exploring new places and experiences, cars and boats, motorsport, photography, certain types of games, snooker and swimming as well as nature and seeing various animals and such and would like to share and enjoy some experiences with someone if you happen to be interested in such things of course.

Someone who is kind, caring, compassionate and understanding, has an overall positive outlook on life and has passions and interests and are doing things that they're interested in and love doing and that motivates them.
If they play music that would definitely be a bonus as music is such a big part of my life, but as long as they enjoy and like listening to music, then this isn't necessarily a deal breaker.
I have some preferences that I happen to quite like aesthetically such as long curly hair, possibly ginger or similar and pretty eyes and smile, but these are absolutely not deal breakers.
To me, a beautiful personality and character is far more important than certain looks as I believe that someone's personality, character and goals in life is much more likely to contribute to a long happy relationship than certain looks are anyway.
As for things I don't really like, I don't smoke and am not a fan, although a few cigarettes a day or similar isn't necessarily a deal breaker, smoking more than 15 to 20 a day without any intentions of cutting down could be a deal breaker.
Other things such as drinking alcohol and the likes is fine, but like anything, it's fine in moderation. It has the potential to become a problem when someone becomes reliant on it and that can eventually affect others to.
I also don't like dishonesty, distrust and disrespect and in extreme situations these have the potential to be deal breakers.
Genuine honesty, good communication, mutual respect and some common goals in life is key to a happy relationship I think, and without that, problems can start to happen especially in the long term.
