About her
Friends tell me that I'm intelligent,lively,fun-loving with a good sense of humour. I know I don't take myself too seriously and I do laugh a lot.
They also agree that I'm friendly,sociable and get on well with people.(well they are good friends) I think I'm kind,affectionate,determined, optimistic and it doesn't take much for me to drop everything to be spontaneous.
Since retiring I have done some consultancy work, voluntary work and become involved in the community. I also made a good start on the bucket list but this stopped for a while.
After wanting a dog my whole life, I've taken the plunge and have a cockerpoo who is a delight. I enjoy interior design, architecture and have done a second extension and re vamped the garden. I am a good home maker who enjoys time at home as well as travelling
I am equally happy in a country pub or eating in a good restaurant as well as either jeans or a ballgown.
I have a small family and fantastic friends with whom I have a good social life but miss that someone special to share time with. Simple things like my garden, the beach, a sunset or just people watching give me a lot of pleasure.
My son who I love to bits is well settled in his chosen career living away from home.
