I am friendly, open, honest and genuine. I have an optimistic outlook. I am spontaneous and impulsive when getting things done and a risk taker at times when needed. I have a compassionate nature to others and I am practical and pragmatic in my understanding of things that arise and of people.
I adore music of most types, I attend live music events often. I like and follow most sports, I used to play lots of sports when I was younger. I attend a line dancing session once every week and other social events as they arise. I would like to do some travelling home and abroad in the near future. I like eating out at restaurants and local pubs with my family, and the odd glass of wine. I live on my own and I am comfortable in my own company and can stay in at home quite easily.
I have two daughters, with a grandson each. Now retired, in my working career, I had a variety of roles and fields, notably as an Engineer, Project Engineer, Facilities Manager and others, because those roles involved a need for strong administrative skills, I also held administrative roles in their own right, in engineering, social housing and the NHS, amongst others.I follow current media events, a keen gardener, walker and can lend a hand to DIY to some reasonable extent. That's it for now I think. It would be nice to hear from someone.
